Straight from LAX, at least that's what I hear. But if Burma's gear just arrived at Logan this morning, having been mistakenly shipped from Europe to the left coast, and was rushed to New Haven, then what the hey did they use on Martha's Vineyard last weekend? No doubt I've missed/misunderstood something here. Now do a 180: this inner space is lofty/open, laced with velvet ropes to keep the boozers at bay. Haven't seen a corral like this since EMP. Transgressors are no doubt tossed into that more than ample cavernous mouthed green dumpster. Talk about curb appeal. Was so glad to make it pass the one-headed cerberus toad gatekeeper. This murky underworld advertises its sense of self with remnants of bands gone by. But what's this? Orphic sounds? um, Orpheus has morphed into a three-bodied, no make that four, no make that three-bodied sorcerer. For a moment there is some sort of sax sound. ahhhhh, and their magic has brought forth good stage lights! Hope, there is hope after all for some show shots that need not feed the trash bin.
